recipients say conversations are breaking up and periodic beeps are heard on both ends. On chat MJ tech's say i should be showing a solid blue, green, and yellow light...I get a blue, red, and yellow. Tech's will not respond to my question, "why do i get the "red", not a "green"??? Overall my experience has been ok so far. The one draw back that I have experienced it that after being on a call for about 45 minutes the call will disconnect or this weird recording comes on and the call is disconnected. Then I have to wait for awhile till I can get a dial tone and make a call. Frustrating. Add comment

Magic Jack was not working on my home phone, went to my computer and entered Magic Jack and was put in touch with Shane Watson, JVIT Solutions and told I had 1,059 infections on my computer and it would cost me $219.99 for him to correct this plus additional $50.00 for a second computer. The app on my phone went corrupt. It just wouldn't sync. I chatted with them and they said to delete the app and reinstall. They said they noted I was contacting them from Mexico. MagicJack never has worked correctly. Can't talk to an actual person, just troubleshoot on line with so-called experts. Never responded to any of my complaints by email. Call waiting never worked. After spending hours on numerous chat rooms with supposed techs and supervisors, still there was no call waiting. I suggested they email me the instructions to fix. I had paid for the 5-year service time on my Magic Jack. My brother upgraded me to the new Magic Jack Plus when he was here in July. I got a message from Magic Jack that my service would expire on March 1st, and to buy additional service time soon.
