I took my magic jack out of country to use it. even I have paid for the service it keeps telling me to buy a new service. Also I tried to pay for the new service just to get it started and its making me buy a new usb again

there is no phone number to call them . the website only says live help but almost impossible to get a hold of any one at there office. I wanted to buy one for my office.but my trust is gone and I dont belive in this product any more . My trust is broken

You are right, no phone number or address in website; file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in West Palm Beach Florida!
