I spent over 4 hours on the computer, chatting with majic jack specilists, or so they said. After all the change made to my computer and everything, they told me some phones will not accept there
caller ID, and mine is one, but they are not allowed to tell me which ones will, i was even told by one of the techs, to buy a new one at 5.8 Ghz instead of the 6.0 I had, and that didnt work. Somebody doesnt know what they are doing. I am cancelling my accout with them, this was really a disaster

I also spent hours on their live chat and they are so not helpful. I kept getting "warning plug MJ in usb". It was. I tried everything they asked to no avail. I totally agree with you!
