I have had my magic jack for 2 weeks now. It has worked wonderfully with my wireless laptop and router from another computer. I have a decsent cable internet speed. The only time I have had a problem is if I have 2 or 3 programs pulled up at the same time while I am trying to use the phone. Otherwise, I am well pleased! Just make sure your do have enough speed on your computer to handle it, it can be extremely convenient and cheap!Sorry so many others are having problems! (and no I don't work for magic jack=haha) Good Luck!

I have it for over a month, I am in canada which makes it ok - because there are no local Canadian numbers therefore it can not replace my main phone or everyone would have to call me long distance, however my husband is in the states and we use it several times a day without a single problem it is a great product but need local canadian numbers!
