everything went fine until I got to the last page of the registration form.
The last question asks if you use DSL or Cable on your computer. I could not answer the question because the answer options were below the bottom of the page banner.
I called their support tech. What a joke. I felt like I was talking to the air. they had me go into my computer systems five times. The end results? after talking to 5 support techs. I still cannot register my Magicjack because I still cannot answer the last question!

All you have to do is go up to your tool bar, click on view, then click on zoom and that should allow you to shrink the screen down enough so you can finish the last question. Hope this works for you it has for me...thank goodness for kids who know how to work the computer ![]() |
